We're in for a rocky ride!

Today, the devil came knocking.
What if I’d known…
I’d have secured all the doors and windows.
Battened down the hatches.
Barricaded us in.

I’d have begged him.
Pleaded with him.
Beseeched him.
Not to come.
I’d have sworn an allegiance.

But he did come.
He came knocking and found the door open.
He stood in the doorway, showing no mercy.
And with those first few steps, the gates of hell opened.
And I was sucked in.
