I’m a Leo.
Born on the cusp.
23rd July,
Like my husband.
1963 – not 1954.
During the baby-boom years.

He thought we were a match made in heaven
I proved him wrong.
For 25 years.
Still, we’ve survived.

Likes being centre of the universe.
Centre stage.
That’s me.
Ruled by the Sun.
Renowned for stability and loyalty.
Well, it wakes up somewhere every morning. Doesn’t it?

Even shines.
Perhaps not here though.
In good old England
Still, we can’t have everything.

Fearless optimists
Are Leos.
Refuse to accept failure.
So, I don’t.
It’s just something else I’ve explored; ruled out,
In my forever changing; never boring; life.

I’m courageous
Cosmopolitan tells me.
Warm; welcoming; funny.
Charming; protective;
And great company.
Won’t argue with that.

Unusual, I know.

Leos love to lead.
Perform; talk. Although I do listen. Honest!
